Census data shows that Houstonis the second fastest growing city in the United States

Houston population keeps increasing along with its Texas neighbors. However, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas lag behind the Bayou City in adding new residents.
Houston added 35,202 people from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2013, according to the data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
